Course Description:  Through instruction, practice, and peer and teacher feedback, course participants will enhance their public speaking skills with the objective of becoming more comfortable, confident speakers. We’ll learn to shape speaking in response to different situations and audiences, from job interviews to formal presentations. We’ll also practice techniques that help minimize anxiety and that maximize effective oral and physical communication. The course is well suited to all students, from the novice to the more experienced, and from the native speaker to the non-native speaker.
