This course is designed to provide students with a framework for analyzing ethical and legal issues they may encounter in the practice of public relations.  The course examines theories of ethical conduct, why ethics matter in the practice of public relations, the Public Relations Society of America's code of ethics, business, contract, employment, and communications law issues, and litigation PR.
