Class Description:

Participants will explore the fundamental concepts, theory, and technology involved in the development of personnel in the digital age. Technology organizations spend a significant amount on employee development and retention. Organizational success will be determined to a large extent by how well employees are recruited, trained, and rewarded. Therefore, emphasis will be on the processes necessary for successful recruitment, selection, development, and retention of knowledge-based employees. Guest presentations will be placed online during this session to afford you the opportunity to get a better understanding of the focus, interests, and needs of start-up companies, medium, and large size organizations. These presentations will center on the current environment for hiring and retaining critical personnel.
