An intermediate-level acting class designed to expand the skills developed in DRAM 2020. Focus is on the work of the actor, aiming to expand the student’s range of dramatic expression, performance skills, and comprehension of an actor’s contribution to a production. Scene study, exercises and written assignments are the basis for evaluation of the student’s progress toward communicating character, emotion and relationships. Support for one another throughout this process is an absolute necessity, as is learning through observation.
