Course Description (for SIS)
Synopsis: How does a “vision” become a “reality”? Why do projects fail and what does “failure” mean anyway? How is a project defined as successful?
In this course you will learn techniques to manage five common constraints that must be balanced in project management: Scope, Schedule, Budget, Quality and Risk Management.
We will focus on three of the fundamental process groups as defined by the Project Management Institute: Planning, Execution, and Monitoring and Control.
