Control systems are fundamental to almost all the technology that we enjoy today. This course is an introduction to feedback control, mainly from the perspective of the frequency domain, although some state-space topics are also be introduced.  The emphasis is on techniques that can be used to design control systems rather than theory. The course makes extensive use of Matlab (including Simulink) and students work together on a semester-long controller development project.
