This course on the principalship is organized around these three functions.  EDLF 7807:  The Principalship is one of several courses required for endorsement for principals in Virginia.

The course addresses elements of three Virginia Endorsement Competencies and ISLLC standards:

1. Knowledge of Human Growth and Development

2. Knowledge of Systems and Organizations

3. Knowledge of Theories, Models and Principles of Organizational Development
