Happy New Year Class:

I hope that this note finds you rested and getting ready for Spring 2017-albeit it doesn't seem much like spring today.  Although still in draft format, I am releasing a draft copy of the syllabus as well as the early phases of the Collab site.  I will continue to work on these items as we start the semester.  I wanted to share with you particularly the course schedule so you can start your semester planning.

We are fortunate to have many experienced nurse practitioner and physician speakers for this semester.  Many are nationally recognized in their specific fields of specialization. 

We are also fortunate to have Lourdes James, PhD_c,  RN, ACNP-BC joining us this semester as a teaching assistant.  Lourdes' area of expertise is neurosurgery and she practices at Georgetown while completing the PhD program at UVA. 

I am looking forward to this exciting semester as we continue with you in expanding your AGACNP nursing knowledge base.
