This course can be taken either for the Engineering STS 2000 requirement or as an elective in Environmental Science.

There are no prerequisites.

By the end, you will have new strategies and tools for managing coupled environmental-technological-human systems,

and will have had a chance to apply them to a national park of your choosing. This kind of thinking is essential for emerging 

technological frontiers like the convergence of nano and bio.
