This course is designed to provide students with a framework for analyzing ethical and legal issues they may encounter in the practice of public relations.  The course examines theories of ethical conduct; why ethics matter in the practice of public relations; the Public Relations Society of America's code of ethics; business, contract, employment, and communications law issues; and litigation PR.
