Coverage of the design process including project management, teamwork, specifications, constraints, budgeting, conceptual, preliminary and detailed design phases.  Technical report preparation and technical presentations.  Organization of design teams to work on technical design projects.

This is the second of a two semester course.  During the first semester, technical design project work is devoted the development of an initial detailed design. The second semester will be devoted to the completion of the technical design project – final design, procurement, assembly, testing/validation, and Final Report.
