We will analyze and evaluate arguments concerning the relationship between various technologies and their impact on people. Along the way we will develop the skills of carefully distilling and responding to a variety of different kinds of arguments. The main aim of the class is to discuss an interesting topic while developing a working knowledge of some important analytical skills.
