Focus is on curriculum, instructional strategies, and assessment of learning outcomes within the framework of the Virginia SOLs.  Separate sections apply specific content and assessment techniques appropriate to needs of the program area (elementary, secondary) in accordance with the Virginia-approved program guidelines.
