This course will build on any work from courses in the 7800 series at UVA. The course has two main goal:

1. Introduce students to foundational papers in algebraic topology, allowing them to closely read seminal texts, and
2. Provide students an opportunity to practice speaking about research level mathematics in a safe environment.

All lectures will be given by the students (with the exception of the first, where pragmatics will be covered), and students are expected to provide feedback to their peers.
