HR5060Transformational Leadership
Graduate Level
Students will develop an understanding of leadership theory and how to effectively lead change within an organization through: 1) studying various leadership theories, 2) case study analysis, 3) examining the role of culture and leading change, and 4) participating in group discussions regarding the material.

Class is online with weekly online sessions. Sessions will be every Tuesday from 6:00 - 8:00 pm. Students are expected to participate in the discussion, conduct case study analysis and make a final presentation to the class via the last weekly session. The class runs January 28, 2014 through May 6, 2014.
